Pani Puri Shot
Privacy policy
How Pani Puri Shot stores game data, sends anonymous play stats, handles sharing and works with app stores.
Last updated: 31 October 2026
Pani Puri Shot is a street-food game for Android and iPhone, published by Meyona Technologies Private Limited. It has no ads, and no accounts or sign-in.
What the game stores
The game saves your progress, settings, best scores, an age band (under 13, or 13 and over, never your age) and up to three share pictures. They stay only on your device, until you delete the app or clear its data. Meyona never receives them.
Anonymous play stats
To see which levels are too hard and where players stop, the game sends Meyona anonymous play stats: when the game opens, when a level starts and ends (with its stars, throws and time played), and how high a Puri Tower or Today's Thali run got, with the game's version and whether the phone runs Android or iOS. They carry no name, account, advertising ID or device ID, only a random number made fresh each time the game opens, so one day's play isn't linked to another's. Because they aren't tied to a player, we can't find or delete one player's stats.
The stats go to Meyona's own server, which Cloudflare runs for us under its data processing terms, when the game leaves the screen, every few minutes, or the next time it opens. Cloudflare sees the phone's internet (IP) address to deliver them and to block abuse, and may keep it for a short time in its security logs when it blocks a request. We don't store it with the stats. We keep each send for 90 days (up to 120 if our nightly clean-up falls behind), then only daily totals; deleted sends stay in Cloudflare's backups for 7 days more.
Play stats are on unless a grown-up turns them off in Settings (from Home or the map) or on the break page. Turning them off deletes anything not yet sent and stops sending at once; turning them back on needs the grown-up check. We use them only to make the game better, never for ads.
Internet and tracking
The game uses the internet only to send these play stats. It has no advertising, tracking or crash-reporting code, and no analytics company's code: the stats go to Meyona alone.
Sharing
After a Puri Tower run, a player can share a picture of their tower through the phone's own share sheet, after a grown-up check. The picture has no name or personal data, and Meyona receives nothing. The app the player shares to has its own privacy policy. Links out of the game sit behind the same grown-up check.
App stores
Google Play and the App Store may collect information under their own policies. They give Meyona totals such as installs and crash reports, never details about individual players.
Children
The game is for all ages, including children under 13. It never asks for a name, email or other contact details, and play stats hold no ID that stays with a player. When a player taps LEADERBOARD, the game first asks their age and hides the button from players under 13. There is no online leaderboard yet. Parents can contact us with any question.
Changes
Before the game collects anything more than these anonymous stats, we will update this policy, and we will ask a grown-up's consent first where the law requires it.
